My sister asked me to "just walk" the 5K for Clay in August. I agreed. We ended up joining a beginner running class and decided to try running as much as we could. Injuries kept Jaime limited. We both finished under our target time of one hour. I came in at 56:30, Jaime at 57: ?.
I wasn't able to run as much as I usually do bc my legs felt like molasses. Turns out I was dehydrated. What a dumb way to sabotage all my hard work. That's okay, lesson learned.

The important thing is I finished and was standing upright. :)
